Back to "Dogs of my own" Contents Back to Home                                                                     ANGELS ON EARTH ARE WAITING FOR HEAVEN Angels on earth are waiting for Heaven, so there's no doubt that Kirandàly is now "travelling" to Heaven, and in good company. This morning, when I came to him, he didn't move anymore. I understood quickly that he gave up ghost. Angels on earth are waiting for Heaven. During his whole life, Kirandàly has been a real Angel, even in death. That is always difficult to see a dog more and more ill, while wondering whether time has come or not to lead him to the vet for the fatal decision ... Kirandàly shielded me from this hard question, he left this world softly, "gently", without sounds. I didn't hear anything during the whole night, and none of my other dogs reacted too. This morning, when I found him lying on the ground as he were still sleeping, peace was all around him in the whole room. I didn't want at all to cry. Of course, later I broke down, but only later. Nevertheless I admit that I couldn't complain : 12 1/2 years for a dog who was about 74 cm and 50 kg (at least when he were young ...), that can be considered as rather good ... And leaving this world in a so gentle way was really a gift for me. For Kirandàly has always been an Angel for me. He was such an Angel that even if he would have died when he was 20 years I would have felt that it was still too early ... Kiràndàly had a very strong character, and yesterday too he was still the Big Chief of my dogs ... In guarding situations or if he was angry, he could be really ferocious - as any normal Kuvasz. But, as any normal Kuvasz too, Kirandàly was able to do anything out of love. Benevolence was so often emanating from his head, from his whole body too. Even this morning when I found him dead, he seemed like he always had been ... Benevolence and love were the main characteristics of Kirandàly, even his great strength and his fortitude were used to his benevolent wisdom. Benevolence and peace among love form the image of Kirandàly that I will keep deep inside of me. Go in peace, my Kirandàly ! Go in peace among the other Angels !
